Goose Point Oysters, from Washington, are, in a word ... terrible. Maybe it's 'cause we get them inland here in Coloradao but that shouldn't be an issue. Made Oyster stew a couple of time with 'em and both times, when you cut into the oyster, a 'nice' brown ooze blends into the stew ... I'd avoid these 'farm raised' oysters at all cost ...
